Eligibility for Exchanges

Reporting Issues:
- If you receive a wrong or defective product, kindly inform us within 24 hours of delivery. We only offer exchange or store credit in such condition.
- Share the following details via WhatsApp at +91 7567599355:
- A clear image of the product showing the issue.
- A clear image of the shipping label.

General Conditions:
- For all other exchange requests, contact us at care.sareerang@gmail.com or call +91 7567599355 within 3 days of receiving your order.
- Exchanges will only be processed if the product is in its original packaging with tags intact.
Exchange Process

Validation and Authorization:
- Once you contact us, we will validate your exchange request.
- Only after authorization from our team can you proceed with the exchange.

Shipping the Product Back:
- Currently, we do not offer reverse pickup services.
- You will need to courier the product back to our warehouse at the Surat
- Please ensure the product is securely packed to avoid any damage during transit.

Exchange Policy:
- Exchanges are available for products of the same value or a different value.
- If you choose a product of lesser value, we will give store credit in the form of discount which can be redeemed on your next purchase.
- If you choose a higher-value product, you will need to pay the difference.

Quality Check (QC):
- Once we receive the product, it will undergo a Quality Check (QC) process at our warehouse.
- After successful verification, we will process your exchange request.
Note:
- Products damaged due to improper handling or products sent without authorization will not be accepted.
- Saree Rang reserves the right to deny exchanges that do not meet the policy criteria.
